Immediately after MD, he had worked as Emergency Medicine team leader, Senior Resident at JPNA Trauma Center, AIIMS, New Delhi. Later relocated to his home town Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala State, to join Kerala Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), and had worked as Specialist Internal Medicine at KIMS Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi centers.
Before relocating to the United Arab Emirates, he served as Specialist Internal Medicine, in-charge of Critical Care, Emergency, Hospital Infection Control at SSNM Hospital Varkala, Kerala, India. During this led many quality improvement program in different areas to improve quality of treatment and patient safety.
He relocated to the United Arab Emirates during 2016, started working as Specialist Internal Medicine for Thumbay Group at Umm al Quwain and Ajman Centers and was an adjunct teaching faculty for MBBS training. For a brief time he had served as Chief Medical Officer at Fujairah Port Medical Centre, under Al Sharq Health care.
He is a front line COVID Health Care Worker in the United Arab Emirates, during the COVID Pandemic he voluntarily joined Al Ain Hospital under SEHA, Abu Dhabi for taking care of the critically ill COVID patients, and had participating in establishing Sharja Feild Hospital for COVID Patients
